Do you offer catering? The Crawford Barn does not offer catering. You are free to choose your own caterer, they must be licensed and insured. If your caterer has not worked an event at the barn before, we ask that they schedule a tour with us before your event. We do not allow drop and go. Check out some of our favorites here.
Can I bring in my own alcohol? The Crawford Barn does not provide or sell any alcohol at this time. Currently you are free to bring in your own alcohol to serve to your guests, but you must hire an insured bartender to serve any and all alcohol. (We can provide you with a list of bartenders).
Is there a prep kitchen for the caterers? The Crawford Barn has a prep kitchen for your caterers to utilize in the lower level and upper level of the barn with ample room for food prep.
Can the barn host the rehearsal dinner? You are welcome to host your rehearsal dinner at the barn if you have opted for the Full Wedding Weekend Package. More information about those packages can be found here or emailing crawfordbarnvenue@gmail.com.
What are the table sizes? We have five 72” round tables that can seat 8 to 10 guests. The other style that we have is a standard folding 8’ banquet table that can seat 8 people.
Is The Crawford Barn handicapped accessible? Yes, the barn is handicap-accessible.
What does the venue include for my wedding? Your wedding package at The Crawford Barn includes access to the beautiful barn from 9am to Midnight on your wedding day.
Our staff also does all the major cleanup and clears off all tables so your only responsibility is to pack up what you brought with you, take out all trash to the dumpster, clean out the refrigerator, coolers, and dump any ice outside. A friendly exit to do list will be left at the bar.
Hired local officer for security if you choose to serve alcohol. And so much more!
The outdoor ceremony space is completely customizable to your wedding. Wooden benches (seating up to 5 people per bench) will be provided.
The Crawford Barn has a beautifully appointed Victorian House on the property that includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, a dedicated hair & makeup space, a common area of a kitchenette, dining, sitting room and living room. A wonderful space for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding.
The Crawford Barn loves having pets as part of your wedding ceremony, but no pets are permitted inside the barn or the Bridal/Victorian house. Dogs are permitted on the venue grounds for the ceremony and designated photograph session only. The dog must depart the venue grounds immediately following the completion of the photograph session. The dog’s owner (or a designated handler) is solely responsible for the dog’s behavior and control at all times.
The dog must be kept on a leash and under the supervision of the owner/handler. The dog’s owner/handler is responsible for immediately cleaning up any and all messes created by the dog, including and not limited to, feces and urine. The venue staff will not be responsible for cleaning up after the dog. The owner must bring their own bags for clean up.
Failure to comply with clean-up requirement will result in an additional cleaning fee. The owner assumes all liability for any damage or injury caused by their dog to persons or property on the venue premises. The Crawford Barn shall not be held responsible for any incidents involving the dog.
The barn and bridal house are all non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking and vaping are not permitted near any entrance doors.
Vendors may set up the day of the wedding as early as 9am if you have opted for a one day package. The Full Wedding Weekend package allows for Vendors to set up Fridays between noon and 10pm.
To officially reserve your date, The Crawford Barn requires a signed contract and a retainer/deposit of half the package you choose.
